Digital Strategy

Development of digital transformation strategy and roadmap for a real estate company.

The challenge

Leading real estate group in Chile needed to promote a digital transformation strategy after defining it as one of its strategic pillars.

In particular, it sought to incorporate global trends where Proptech (Property Technology) and the new digital habits of consumers are making companies in the industry must adapt quickly to the new needs of consumers.

On the other hand, the events in the world and the country demanded a work on productivity and efficiency indicators through automation, seeking to maintain attractive margins for the company’s shareholders.

The main objective was to build a comprehensive roadmap of digital transformation for the entire company, identifying, evaluating and prioritizing initiatives, formalizing the governance system for monitoring projects and implementing some of the initiatives directly.

A very big pain is that subsidiaries act independently and do could benefit the rest.

The strategy

To help achieve this goal, a Digital Transformation Committee was created, composed of members from different areas of the company. A digital strategy was built together and translated into concrete initiatives. In addition, a Data and Change Management Strategy was developed to accompany and guide the transformation process.

mainly on the reporting and process automation fronts.

impacting transversally to different areas of the company.

A new real estate database,
with all the company’s information in one place.

A new dynamic of project work by cells,
